Financing Requirements
For Individuals
- Copy of ID & PIN
- Latest payslips for 3 months
- Letter of employment
- Original/certified bank statements for the last 6 months
- Copy of logbook for the vehicle being financed (should be no more than 7
years
old)
- Valuation report from (AA or Regent Automobile Valuers) will be required on
approval
- Pro-forma invoice from dealer
For Sole Proprietor Businesses or Partnerships
- Copy of ID’s & PIN
- Copy of Certificate of Registration
- Copy of Permit/Trade licence and contracts
- Latest payslips for 3 months [Salaried]
- Letter of employment[Salaried]
- Original/certified bank statements for the last 6 months
- Copy of logbook for the vehicle being financed (upto 7 years old for
personal
and
upto 5 years for commercial)
- Valuation report from (AA or Regent Automobile Valuers) will be required on
approval
- Pro-forma invoice from dealer.
For limited Companies
- Copy of ID’s & PIN for directors
- Copy of Articles/Memos of Association/Certificate of Incorporation
- Copy of Permit/Trade licence and contracts
- Board Resolution to borrow
- Latest Annual Returns and filing receipt plus CR 12
- No audited accounts required for facility amounts up to Ksh. 15m.
- Original/certified bank statements for the last 6 monthsv
- Copy of logbook for the vehicle being financed (upto 7 years old for
personal
and
upto 5 years for commercial)
- Valuation report from (AA or Regent Automobile Valuers) will be required on
approval
